Job Title: Legal Secretary
Job Type: 4 month Fixed Term Contract, Part Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Real Estate Department of a well-established law firm based in Richmond. This is a temporary role on a four month fixed-term contract initially, however there is potential for this to become a permanent role.
Our client is looking for someone to join on a Part-Time basis. Your normal working hours will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am to 5pm, with an hour for lunch; however you will need to be flexible in working outside these hours as the team and business requires.
Supporting the Fee Earners, your tasks will include: typing, diary management, billing, preparing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and Land Registration work, credit control, financial transactions and some of the more routine aspects of the legal work.
You will also support their clients and will therefore have excellent interpersonal skills and gain job satisfaction from providing the highest standard of client service.
- Recent experience of supporting a Real Estate team is essential.
- You will need an eye for detail
- Fast, accurate word processing skills
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good standard of numeracy
