Modern pub with restaurant, which is know for it’s beautiful home cooked fayre, is looking to appoint a Head Chef to lead the food side of their Preston property which caters for up to 100 covers.

The venue prides itself on offering great food in a relaxing environment.

The ideal candidate

  • Have worked in a similar role
  • Excellent cooking and organisational skills
  • Able to motivate a develop a team
  • Customer focused – ability to exceed guest expectations
  • Effective communication skills (both back and front of house)
  • People management skills
  • Organised and calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
  • Should already have the legal right to work in the UK / EU and ideally be living in the UK (for interview attendance purposes)
