JOB TITLE: Support/Care Worker (Supportive living)

SALARY & BENEFITS: £8.05-9.25 hour + full training and DBS paid, outstanding development opportunities and the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications (option sleep-ins are paid at £62.50 per night)

WORKING HOURS: Contracted hours - full time/part time /flexible & bank hours are all available

THE ROLE: Support/Care Worker (Supportive living) - Scarborough, North Yorkshire

A number of positions have become available in Scarborough, North Yorkshire for dedicated and motivating people to help care for individuals with learning disabilities, or mental health issues. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in enabling the people they support to carry out all the tasks involved in daily life.

Key responsibilities: - Support/Care Worker (Supportive living) - Scarborough, North Yorkshire

You will be support adults with mental health needs or and learning difficulties in the local community. Helping them to live independently in every aspect of their daily lives by providing them with personal care, mental wellbeing and personal support as required

Key experience for this role: - Support/Care Worker – Hull, East Yorkshire

• Hold a full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.

• Empathy, caring and sensitivity to the needs of others

Desirable, but not essential would be any previous experience working as Home Carer, Care Worker, Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Nurses, Social Care Worker, Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Voluntary Worker.
