An exciting opportunity has come up within an interior design studio based in Chelsea. The Director is seeking a proactive Administrator to join the team Monday – Wednesdays (9am – 6pm with 1 hour for lunch ) and provide support to herself and the Finance Director. The company specialises in residential interior design and deals with High Net Worth clients so great communication skills and confidence are a must!

The successful candidate must be articulate and well presented, as you will be the face of the business. You will be supporting the Office Manager with administrative tasks and providing PA support to two Directors.

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who has an interest in interiors, perhaps a design Graduate looking to subsidise their studies and learn more about the interiors world.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Assisting with senior team’s diary management.
* Assisting with holiday requests, timesheets, time in lieu, sick days
* Filing and managing archiving
* Assisting with printing, binding and sending presentations.
* Managing the studio inbox, ensuring all emails are actioned such as invoices, event invites and unsubscribing to mail lists
* Finance document support to Finance Manager such as invoice chasing to suppliers
* Processing admin for two/three directors: Expenses & Time-sheets entry from an email and Xpenditure
* Expenses for director - Vodafone expenses mileage
* Responsible for collecting VAT expense receipts for both your expense, petty cash and office expenses
* Act as front of house: greeting guests in a positive and enthusiastic manner, showing them where to wait and offering them tea and coffee. Preparing and clearing the meeting rooms. Liaising with clients and client representatives in a pleasant and professional manner.
* Answering the phone: High level phone manners and ensuring messages are passed onto the team.
* Signing for deliveries
* Frequent trips to the post office: posting mail such as parcels and packages and stamping all outgoing mail.
* Assisting with packing samples for external meetings.
* Organising team transport and travel.
* Organising couriers

The role is paying £25000 per annum on a pro rata basis. Interviews are being scheduled asap so please apply within today!
