Office Manager - Part-time
Light Bureau is a world class lighting design consultancy with offices in London and Oslo. We work on UK and international projects and in 2017, we merged with a major Scandinavian based company called ÅF and now we are steadily growing our currently 12 strong business.
We are passionate about our work and we're busy, so really need to focus on projects, to which end we need someone to join us and take over the role of officer manager. Main responsibilities we foresee are:
- Running the office generally, supporting the management team of 2 people with diary and travel/logistical needs;
- Dealing with day to day things like calls, IT (externally managed), suppliers and premises;
- Liaising with the parent organisation in Sweden, our Oslo office and external financial controllers;
- Support and become part of a great and motivated team.
There is scope to adapt the role and to keep it interesting. Ideally, we would have someone with us in the office for 4-5 half days per week but we would consider creative suggestions from the right person.
