Canary Wharf followed in 2009 before Mayfair and Aldwych joined the family in 2014. As Restaurant Manager, you will act as Maitre d’ and face of ROKA; generating a strong rapport with guests and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will motivate the team to deliver a seamless and efficient standard of service.Outside service hours, you will take responsibility for the usual restaurant management duties as well as financial aspects of operation such as budgeting. You will report directly to the General Manager and will, in turn, direct a team of 3 Assistant Managers.We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is truly in love with restaurant work and is passionate about every aspect of operation. The ideal person will be a strong leader, who staff look up to and want to emulate.The ideal candidate will come to us from a similarly busy and high-quality establishment.
