This is a really exciting and busy time for us within our HR Department and we have a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team.

Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract up to 12 months
Hours: 30 hours per week minimum

About the role:
We have an opportunity available on a fixed term appointment for up to 12 months, to co-manage our front-line HR Support Desk, who are responsible for providing a single point of contact and support to all HMLR Managers and staff on HR policy and process issues. This role is crucial to ensure our Line Managers and staff are fully supported in all HR matters.
As HR Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for effectively delivering the service to agreed service levels, promoting a customer service culture and an environment of continuous improvement across the team.
To be successful in this role you will be educated to GSCE level standard or equivalent (minimum of two GCSE's). Be able to demonstrate similar experience within shared services and practical knowledge of HR policy and procedures, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
You will have experience of delivering continuous improvements and the ability to develop and produce both qualitative and quantitative performance data. It is desirable that you have an Associate CIPD qualification or relevant practical experience.
We are able to offer this 12 month role as a Fixed Term Appointment OR on secondment terms if your current employer is happy to release you temporarily OR on loan terms if you are already part of the Civil Service.
