We are currently looking for a passionate Desk Concierge, to join our Concierge team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Desk Concierge, your main duties will include:•Must be a Les Clef D’Or Member•To be aware of and up to date with all activities in the city (theatres, arts, exhibitions, concerts, shows, sports and leisure activities). To be familiar with the city restaurants and to establish contacts with them to provide maximum guest service•To perform all reasonable services a guest may require, by anticipating their needs and requests, in order to satisfy them efficiently and promptly.•To ensure one’s conduct is always friendly, courteous and professional in meeting guest’s needs. •To ensure the proper handling of master keys, guest messages, mail, packages, flowers, faxes and telexes.•To review all memos, logbooks, messages, VIP lists, function sheets, to ensure up to date and thorough knowledge of functions and happenings within the hotel.
