Demi Chef de Partie
Specializing in Pastry, you will work directly under the Chef de Partie pastry to support them with the delivery of the product and ensure all food leaving the kitchen is of the highest standards
- HACCAP – To follow the day to day procedures including; Diligence, food labelling, weekly deep clean of your section
- Provide support to the senior pastry chefs to ensure exceptional product delivery
- Have the ability to work independently seeking guidance and support from senior pastry chefs when needed.
- Have a flexible ability to respond to business and client needs.
- To follow and abide by all regulations, policies and procedures that has been set out by Coworth Park Hotel and the Dorchester collection.
- To help and protect the property from theft and damage of goods using good working practice within the kitchens.
- Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb and security regulations
- Ensure job required certificates and Licensing and employment law knowledge is kept up to date
