About the role

Aster Group is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Advisor in our contact centre working in the Devizes office. This role will primarily involve resolving issues, making appointments, supporting our customers with the use of self-serve options, achieving KPI’s and striving for first contact resolution. 

Skills required

The successful candidate will have GCSE or equivalent in English, along with experience of working in a customer service role. You’ll need experience of handling customer complaints, have active listening skills and a strong grasp of customer service. The ability to prioritise and juggle workloads as well as communicate and process electronic data simultaneously is essential.

About you

You will be able to demonstrate good common sense and a logical approach to problem solving; will have clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills and the ability to balance empathy with professional objectivity. We are looking for a committed team worker, who is able to work well under pressure.
