The role:

Our contact centre is the heart of our business and is the first point of contact for our customers and we pride ourselves on delivering a first-class experience. The contact centre is a busy, fast paced environment where you will be answering an average of 50-60 in-bound calls per day from our customers and helping them with their queries.

Whilst the majority of these queries will be dealt with over the phone, we also receive contact from our customers via e-mail and live chat and once trained, you will also be responsible for liaising with our customers this way so need to be confident using IT systems.

Our shifts vary but our core hours are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.  We are also open Saturday mornings  (8am to 2pm).

The ideal candidate:

It is essential that you have experience of working in a customer services role (either telephone based or face to face) and simply love talking to people and helping them.

You will have confident and professional communication skills, are friendly and a natural rapport builder. In addition, you will be committed to delivering a great customer service and have a positive attitude. It’s also important that you have attention to detail and take pride in your work.

If you are ambitious, we offer lots of opportunity to progress within the business. Many of our contact centre advisers have progressed into other roles after one or two years.
