Office Concierge is a leading provider of Corporate Reception Management services in Central London, supporting a large portfolio of prestigious clients in the West End and the City.

To be successful in our Part-time Front of House roles, you will have previous experience in a similar field or customer service role, excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation. We have various lunch cover positions that we are recruiting for at the moment and the shifts vary role to role.

Currently we have the following two roles available:

Part Time Corporate Receptionist

Salary £9,880.00

 11.00hrs – 15.45hrs, 23.75 Hours per week

Monday-Friday

And

Part Time Corporate Receptionist

Salary £8,027.50

11.50hrs – 15.25hrs,17.57 Hours per week

Monday-Friday

And

Part Time Corporate Receptionist

Salary £10,225.00

08.00hrs – 18.00hrs,18 Hours per week

Tuesdays & Thursdays only 

What you will need for this role:

• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

• Previous customer service experience 

• Immaculate personal presentation

• Teamwork and interpersonal skills

Competencies required:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with people on all levels

• Understanding the role of teamwork in providing a quality service

• The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people

• Motivated, enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work

• Able to use your own initiative

• Reliability and efficiency

We are looking for committed individuals who possess excellent communication skills along with a personable and flexible attitude as the role will require you to support multiple sites on a daily basis. A solid customer service background - airlines, 4 and 5 star hotels, corporate experience or similar and an excellent command of the English language is essential. Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is also desirable.
