Job Details:

A well know social enterprise organisation is looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join their busy Glasgow office to support within their administration department.

Key Responsibilities:

Working on reception you will welcome on-site visitors and handle incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner and to process requests appropriately and to a high standard of customer service To provide support to the Central Admin team performing administration duties and tasks as required such as; photocopying, binding, and shredding documents. Delivering paper and stocking up printers, sorting stationary. To manage the set-up and maintenance of meeting rooms and catering kitchens

Required Skills:

Excellent customer care and administrative skills High level presentation and dress code as role is customer facing Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills Excellent organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Flexible attitude to new challenges Flexible in working hours, to work around the needs of the business and work shifts Flexible to cover main reception desk whenever required including peak times and holiday period

Qualifications

You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.

Additional Information:

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm £10279 per annum
