At Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel we are now recruiting for an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team.As a Front Desk Agent you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times on front desk. Your key responsibilities will include check in and check out, billing, messaging and guest relations.
