Role

Visiting potential clients face-to-face and then maintaining contact over the telephone and email.  Meet once every 3 months with existing clients in your area. 

Essential Qualities:

  • Smartly dressed when visiting clients
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised with good diary management
  • Able to pitch a product face-to-face
  • Able to handle client objections in a polite and courteous manner
  • Able to manage a pipeline of leads (leads will be given to you)
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in a business
  • Sales progression for business to business sales
  • Manage and build lasting mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients
  • upsell additional products to existing clients
  • Submit weekly reports
  • Own laptop
  • Own smartphone
  • Emotionally intelligent
  • Good Telephone manner

Nice to Haves:

  • Sales experience
  • Property experience (sales, lettings, management, facilities etc.)
  • Contacts in property
