What it is about:

The School Approval Team facilitates the quality assurance of Cambridge Schools. The team are the first point of contact for schools around the world wishing to join or change their relationship with Cambridge International. Reporting to the School Approval Manager, the School Approval Assistant Manager is responsible for a friendly team who are committed to accurate data management and outstanding customer service.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensuring school and product data is managed effetcively across multiple systems.
  • Adapting processes to meet changing business demands ensuring delivery remains within SLAs.
  • Management of Administrators and occasional temporary staff ensuring support, development and performance oversight.
  • Financial management including the raising of invoices and the investigation of disputes.
  • Managing the Suspension of Services process including scheduling, resource preparation and stakeholder communication.
  • Managing the Reapprovals process ensuring Cambridge standards are upheld.
  • Ensuring customer facing documentation, communications and web based content are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Proactively addressing technical issues which may affect the delivery of owned processes and provide input into systems developments and testing.
  • Deputising for the School Approval Manager as required.

  • Educated to degree level or with equivalent professional experience.
