Great opportunity for a Senior Support Worker and Support Worker to join a leading social care provider with a great reputation, willingness to support and develop staff and a great financial and incentives package.

Support Worker Role:You will work within either a small-group supported living or a community setting, working a variety of shifts which will include evenings, weekends and some Sleep Ins. You will support vulnerable adults in a person-centred manner, promoting their independence and allowing them to live as full life as possible.

Support Worker Criteria:The perfect candidate will have relevant social care experience of supporting vulnerable people and will be used to the demands and rewards of such a role, Experience of working with people with autism, epilepsy and physical health would be beneficial. A passion for helping others and motivation for providing quality care are essential.
