Position: Day Support Worker 
Location: Worthing and District 
Contract type: Part time, Permanent 
Hours: 7 per week 
Salary: £3,039 actual per annum

About the role: 

Centre Club provides professional, friendly day care and support to people living in West Sussex diagnosed with moderate to mid stage dementia. The service gives users an opportunity to meet and mix with others, in a safe and comfortable environment, stimulation through social contact and meaningful activities, trips out in the community and an opportunity to pursue personal hobbies and social activities. We have an opportunity for a Day Support Worker to work on Tuesdays in this service. 

About you: 

You will have experience of working within a care environment and an understanding of the needs of people with dementia and their carers. You will know how to get the best out of people and be able to lead meaningful activities in our Day Support Service for younger people with dementia. You will be able to work well within a Team.
