I am currently working with a multi-award winning company with strong values that put their people and customers at the heart of everything they do, in their search for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team in Cambridge.
They are currently recruiting for a well organised, customer focused Sales Administrator. As a key part of the sales team, this role provides support to the Sales Executives and the Sales Manager to maximise sales potential.
The key element of this role is to complete all sales administration such as; processing deals and general reporting for the management team, whilst adhering to all company policies and legal requirements. You will also be responsible for:
• Loading orders on the DMS
• Taxing vehicles on ARFL system
• Purchasing in vehicles on the DMS
• Keeping the DMS data up-to-date
• Any ad-hoc admin
This role will also involve customer facing work, therefore the successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering an excellent level of service both internally and externally. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential and a background in vehicle sales administration is desirable.
• Location: Cambridge
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
• Salary: Circa £20,000

This position is commutable from Newmarket, Burwell, Cambridge, Haverhill, and the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds.
