*Who are PerchPeek?*
Have you ever tried to rent a property before? Great, then you know the problem we’re trying to solve. On average, Tenants spend c.40 hours searching for properties and it’s a frustrating, manual and offline process. Our fundamental belief is that we can use Artificial Intelligence to make renting faster, more secure and potentially even fun. To fulfil this belief, we’re building the Go-To Marketplace for renting properties.

We launched in Q4 2018 and have already attracted thousands of customers in our first few months. For more information about our platform, check us out at www.perchpeek.com. We’re looking to hire two Biz Dev interns to accelerate our mission of making renting as easy as humanly possible. Initially the internships will be for three months but there’s the possibility of both roles evolving into full time positions. This is an opportunity to join us at the start of our journey - we’re (VC) funded, fun and ready to scale.

*Role objectives:*
* You're in charge of ensuring we have enough properties for our wonderful tenants to search through!
*Recruit and onboard new Property Suppliers (Agents and Landlord) onto the PerchPeek platform
*To be a PerchPeek Ambassador and feedback collector with these Suppliers. We’ll want your opinion on all things from pricing to feature development
*Establish a scalable process for prioritising which Suppliers to reach out to
*Establish a scalable process for monitoring the supply of properties on the platform
*Set up reporting on the health of our properties pipeline
*Dabble in other other areas that interest you. As a small Startup, one of the joys is there’s lots to do. From Marketing to Strategy to AI, there’s scope to explore any area of the business that interest you


*Required Skills and Qualifications*
*Hustle
*Demonstrated track record of success in sales or negotiation with experience in management consulting, account management or product marketing roles preferred
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
*Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels and understand what motivates them
*Strong team-playing skills
*A business focused way of thinking and a strong hands-on, results-driven mentality
*Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
*Educated to at least degree level or compensating work experience
