We have a first class opportunity due a partner leaving, for a Senior Estate Administration Lawyer with the right amount of experience to become part of an existing, highly successful team.

As a Senior Estate Administration Lawyer your responsibilities will include working on your case-loads and reporting results to the head of department and the partners. You will be working towards supporting the department in business development and attracting new opportunities.

You will be required to work independently and effectively to meet targets, whilst acquiring new skills and knowledge in order to add value to the business. You will need to be flexible, willing to travel and an excellent team player.

Senior Estate Administration Lawyer Qualifications:

  • Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Estate Administration and probate
  • Managing and documenting your case-load
  • Taxable and non-taxable estates knowledge
  • Knowledge of private client cases, with the ability to communication effectively
  • Previous results in business development
