What it's about

We are working on fast-moving projects with international clients to produce new assessments which fit with new curricula. These are often innovative for our clients and present an exciting opportunity to change the face of assessment for learners.

A position has arisen for an Item Banking Administrator within the Assessment Projects team. Our team is responsible for the production of assessment materials that are used by teachers and students. We do not expect that you will necessarily have previous experience of working within our field; we will provide you with the training and support to succeed. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, friendly and supportive team who are passionate about exceeding our own and our customers' expectations.

What you'll be doing

This role will focus on typesetting assessment material and encompasses a range of administrative tasks and responsibilities. These will include:
  • managing and monitoring high volumes of question paper material to strict deadlines.
  • carrying out the associated administration processes of question paper production.
  • establishing strong communication with internal and external staff and colleagues.
  • providing support and back up for other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.

Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.

Experience
  • Typesetting or typing material.
  • Working in a busy administration environment.
  • Following processes and procedures.


Behaviours
  • Flexible and adaptable.
