We are looking for Receptionists to deliver world class customer service to all Second Home members and visitors and support us in our mission to nurture creativity and entrepreneurship in cities around the world.

*This role will be at our Holland Park, West London site.*

*Responsibilities include:*
* Consistently deliver world class service and welcome.
* Ensure that all Second Home ‘world class essentials’ (e.g. internet connectivity, space to work, key management) are consistently met.
* Communicate with members and guests about our cultural programme , wellbeing and member activities.
* Problem-solve any issues members have quickly, intelligently and generously.
* Provide backup and support within the team, carrying out the duties of another member of the reception team in the event of absence/illness.
* Record and be rigorous about membership enquiries and follow ups on our CRM system.
* Work closely with the facilities department by ensuring a half an hour space check is done before your morning shift.
* Opening and closing site
* Ensure that all complimentary beverage stations and members' kitchens are maintained, stocked and serviced.
* Ensure that meeting rooms are stocked and adequately serviced - supporting with AV equipment, arranging extra seating, etc
* Managing the post system - ensuring all post is received, signed for and processed and the post room.
* Monitor and respond to queries via email
* Booking meeting rooms

* Experience in a similar role or workspace environment
* Flexible in your availability
* Problem solver, proactive in getting things done
* Warm and welcoming (even in you are having a bad day, the members don't know!)
* Genuine passion for the brand, always looking for new ways to communicate our brand story
* Experience of using a CRM software, like Salesforce would be desirable
* Experience of opening and closing a store/office preferred
* Cash handling experience would be desired

*Hours:*
* Saturdays 10:00 - 18:00
* 3 week days shifts (vary from 4 to 9 hour shifts)
