Senior Programme Manager
Manage the delivery of the agency’s programmes to ensure compliance with corporate governance framework, procurement, audit, national policy and relevant operational procedures and systems.
Provide accurate, timely and analysed information on all aspects of programme delivery trajectories forecasting expenditure and outputs to ensure a high level of confidence in programme delivery and reporting.
Effectively manage contracts and relationships with Registered Providers, non-registered bodies and Investment Partners.
Contribute to the development of policy, processes and programmes.
Effectively lead and manage programme support teams, ensuring that resources are deployed flexibly to meet programme targets and respond to changing priorities and anticipate business needs.
Ensure a high level of data accuracy and integrity is maintained within computer systems.
To work closely with the Head of Home Ownership and Supply to produce reports at required frequencies and to highlight areas of underperformance and poor forecasting with analysis and recommend actions to bring performance in line with targets.
Provide information and data to support development and review of business plans.
Ensure all area programmes, projects and expenditure complies with corporate approval processes.
Lead on all financial and risk management and reporting, relating to the management and delivery of the area programmes.
To effectively manage staff following Homes England HR processes, ensuring priorities and objectives are clearly set and that staff are effectively performance managed.
To build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating to stake holders in-depth knowledge of IMS and how it aligns to wider Homes England objectives.
To use expertise to develop Homes England processes and procedures and support colleagues across the Homes England by sharing good practice.
Represent the Organisation internally and externally, at regional and national events as required.
