Training Hub Coordinator/Administrator based in Alconbury.

Your new company
This national organisation who are a leader in their arena are branching out with a new initiative and as such are creating a new role for a Training Hub Coordinator to join their busy and successful team based in Alconbury.

Your new role
Reporting to the skills lead you will oversee the operation management and administration of a new onsite training hub being responsible for the programme development, coordination of resources, and recruitment of students. You will be the face of the hub and main contact for all learners, partners and training providers. Daily tasks will include; coordinating meetings, managing the training database, running and compiling reports, designing and producing educational aids and materials, booking courses and responding to student and trainer enquiries by telephone or email, booking travel and transport, marketing and all other day to day administration support to the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have previous experience in an office-based Administration role. Any experience in an academic or training environment would be highly advantageous. Previous experience in planning and coordinating training would be ideal. You should be motivated to deliver exceptional results and comfortable in a fast-paced environment working to targets and deadlines. You should have a proven ability to work under your own initiative and be energetic and enthusiastic. You should enjoy working as part of a busy team but also be able to work autonomously under minimal supervision. You must be highly IT literate particularly in MS Excel and be well spoken, confident and professional.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive salary of up to £25,000 dependant on experience. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday - flexibility is offered with hours. There is on-site parking available. This role is offered on a 1-year fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic and interesting role locally!
