Fundraising and Marketing Manager - part-time
The TPP Fundraising and Development team are working with a leading disability charity operating in Birmingham, Solihull and the wider West Midlands who have a mission 'to build a sustainable business to empower disabled people to take control of their own lives and to actively seek out opportunities to achieve their full potential as individuals in mainstream society'. With the current Fundraising and Marketing Manager due to take maternity leave in June 2019, this is an exciting opportunity to join a flexible, forward-thinking organisation on an interim basis and work closely with our Fundraising & Marketing Team, Senior Management and the Chief Executive, to ensure that income generation and marketing targets are realised. Working as part of a small, friendly and professional fundraising team, you'll make a real impact; researching new opportunities and submitting high quality funding applications and tender bids to trusts, other grant making bodies and statutory funding opportunities. You will also facilitate the development and growth of the charity's Marketing strategy, helping to build the charity's brand and reach in the local community.In order to be considered for this role, you will be passionate, commercially-minded and results-driven. You will have a proven track record in income generation and marketing. You will have a clear and concise writing style, and an exceptional ability to raise funds alongside a determination to improve the lives of disabled people.
