Customer Team Manager
Maloy & Flynn Recruitment have engaged with a local distribution centre as they are now looking to add an experienced Team Manager to join their Customer Services Department.
The role will report to the Customer Service Manager, ensuring, KPI’s and SLA’s are delivered on time and customers are receiving an outstanding service.
This position is highly demanding and will suit a driven and ambitious person who will support the Customer Service Manager in running of a successful customer service department.
-Monitoring and resolving customer complaints
-Managing contact centre
-Providing advice on consumer rights including distance selling regulations and returns policies both domestic and international
-Having strong relationships with all the stakeholders (internal & external)
-Previous experience managing a customer service team
-Strong Microsoft office skills
-Fantastic leadership skills
-Strong influence skills
-Problem solving skills
