Our client a rapidly growing business within the local area working both in the UK and Internationally, are currently seeking a proactive Sale Support Administrator who thrives in working within a fast paced environment. In summary the role encompasses the day to day management of the office administration ensuring continuity without disruption, providing administrative support to the team, managing stock, client orders, providing excellent customer services and building key relations with existing and new suppliers and clients.

Role responsibilities:

• Build relationships with current and new suppliers to retrieve quotes and place orders

• Manage client orders from purchase order straight through to delivery and invoicing

• Using the stock management system to keep on top of all stock for both clients and in house

• Regular client communication

• Identify and trace customer orders using tracking system

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure information on products and services is up to date

• Manage product samples ensuing there is enough stock kept in the office at all times

• Support the business with documents requirement including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• General ad hoc administration duties to support the Directors

• Working with the team on day to day customer service enquiries

• Management of post and office stationary

Skills and previous experience:

• Good numeracy skills

• Strong communication skills - A professional telephone manner is a must!

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Result and deadline driven

• String MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Previous experience working with suppliers/stock management/customer service is a must!
