Key responsibilities for the Admin Assistant - Surveyors in South-West London include:

- Screening company calls, redirecting as appropriate

- Updating online systems

- Ordering office supplies and stationery when needed

- Assisting the team with filing, photocopying and scanning

- Accurate and up to date filing of correspondence and other documentation

- Processing expense claims when needed

- Typing any required documents and correspondence

- Ad-hoc duties

Profile

The successful Admin Assistant - Surveyors in South-West London will be/will have:

- Previous business support experience

- Confident across the MS office suite, in particular Excel and Word

- Ability to adapt to different working environments

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven ability to work using own inactive

- Self-motivated
