Location:

UK - may work from home unless travelling distance to HO. Extensive and Frequent Travel overseas and UK is required to meet the needs of the position.

Salary:

Excellent Salary and OTE. Commission & Reward Scheme, Laptop, phone, expenses etc

Job Scope:

Lumishore, a leading marine lighting manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic, amicable and compassionate individual to manage its existing customers’ needs whilst further developing its presence in the leisure marine market throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East, Australasia.

You will be offering competitive, innovative and customised lighting solutions to Boatbuilders, Distributors and Key dealers. You will work closely with them to fully understand their market needs. An empathy with marine architects, interior designers, brand management and multi-cultural needs are as important as product knowledge and commercial skills.

Throughout the region you will be involved with business development, lead generation, on site visits, presentations, offering alternative solutions and running a profitable sales region. You will be fully supported internally by a highly skilled team of Development Engineers and Service engineers offering full and ongoing technical and Sales/Customer Service support.

Personal Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a creative and friendly Sales Manager experienced in selling solutions as well as products. You should be passionate about the industry, have an eye for innovation, creative in your sales approach and above all be a proven Sales Manager determined to build relationships, win business, push the parameters and develop a long-term career.
