Business Development Executive
Company based in Bournemouth are looking for a driven, personable Business Development Executive to join their growing team.
You will be supporting this growth through identifying and bringing on board new customers. The role will focus on generating potential and qualified leads and book appointments and meetings for the sales demonstration team.
You will work closely with the sales team to deliver sales results.
- research companies to identify potential leads
- speak to right person and establish rapport
- arrange meeting/appointment for sales team, allocating these appointments
- follow up sales processes and use CRM system
- respond to and deal with issues or enquiries
This is a consultative sales role, where quality calls and relationship building overrides quantity. You must be able to think on your feet and build rapport and relationships with potential new clients
- have some experience of outbound calling
- be driven, motivated and confident
- have strong communication skills
- be passionate about going the extra mile
