Sales Ledger Administrator

Location: Cheadle, Cheshire
Salary: From £20,000 - £22,000 (dependant on experience)

An established Global business based in Cheadle is currently recruiting for a hardworking Sales Ledger Administrator to join its friendly team. You will be part of a successful business who are growing and creating excellent future opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoices to be posted on a daily basis
  • Address any invoice queries in line with agreed procedures
  • Chase customers over the phone for overdue amounts
  • Prepare and producing credit notes accurately
  • Ensuring that all receipts are accurately posted to the sales ledger
  • Credit stop orders to be processed and referred to Credit controller when necessary

Competencies:

  • Experience of working in a Sales Ledger/Credit Control environment
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Computer literate, especially excel
  • Basic accounting knowledge (essential)
  • GCSE in Maths and English
  • Strong attention to details and self-motivated
  • Great organisation and communication skills
