Bookkeeper for Family Office

This is a unique and interesting role working with a small international team of professionals. It is a part time position (20 hours per week) with a potential of becoming a full time position in the future for the right candidate.  The role will involve:

  • Bookkeeping entries for multiple entities using Quicken
  • Expense reconciliations
  • Payment of invoices following set approval process
  • Management of Accounts Receivable
  • Regularly downloading bank account transactions
  • Monthly bank reconciliations for multiple entities as well as personal accounts of the owner
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets
  • Ad hoc administrative projects
  • Occasional travel

Required Skills:

  1. 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
  2. Quicken/QuickBooks experience preferred
  3. Microsoft Excel proficient
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Highly organized
