Centre MI Analyst here's a bit about what you'll be responsible for: -

Responsible for the implementation of suitable controls, processes and operational tools, which support the MI requirements around the customer support business unit and redefining both internal and external dashboards.

You will guarantee the delivery of accurate management information to aid decision-making affecting business decisions and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to form report specifications, using commercial and contact centre/customer service knowledge
  • Identify and define intelligence needs to sales department and help define key metrics, communicate clear data needs
  • Analyse and improve existing reports and solutions to internal and external customer requirement

Qualities you must have: -
  • Previous/current experience as a call centre MI Analyst
  • 2 years plus experience in data and information management (BI)
  • The ability to develop dashboards combining multiple views of data - strong skill in one of more data visualisation or BI tools
  • Experience of Tableau or similar tools
  • Experience of SAS/SPSS or similar
  • Financial databases and contact centre solutions
