Part-time Reception Services Assistant 

Fixed term contract until May 2018 
25.5 hours per week over 3 days. 

We are currently seeking a part time Reception Services Assistants to cover our Cambridge city centre sites, however cover at other sites outside of Cambridge centre may be required. 
The role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills which can be used to provide excellent Reception and Switchboard services to the business. 

Working as part of an established team you will be required to be flexible and reliable. Weekend working will be expected as part of the role. 

As the first point of contact to the business you will have exceptional customer service skills, you will also have an excellent telephone manner and proven experience of working in a customer facing role. 

Knowledge of using a room booking system as well as experience in operating an electronic switchboard would be advantageous.
