Our client has an opportunity for a proactive and influential individual to join their company as their Head of Customer Insight to put the customer at the heart of the company. You will facilitate and continuously improve their techniques, setting the strategy for the way they create a 360-degree customer understanding and will be pivotal in transforming the business into a customer-centric organisation. Working with their global offices, you will track and report on the overall customer experience, using qualitative insight and quantitative techniques to support improvements to customer experience. You will lead a team to help deliver the research agenda for the business, sharing success stories and customer best practices across the business to ensure everyone has a positive understanding of customer experience. As senior member of the company, you will be able to commission user research and concept testing to deliver actionable insight for innovative products and services.

You will have a background in Customer Experience and Research and will be accustomed to developing and delivering successful analysis and insights. Commercially astute, you will have a methodical and analytical approach to each project. Confident and approachable, you will be able to influence internal and external stakeholders, providing recommendations and implementing improvements. They are looking for a lateral thinker, who can educate and support the business and has an ability to instil that same desire in their team.
