Our client is looking for a temporary Business Support Lead who will be responsible for the delivery, management and continuous improvement of business support ensuring it aligns to the delivery of the organisation's policy agenda and is efficient, customer focused and making best use of new ways of working.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop customer service standards and KPIs and manage the business support function against agreed indicators and standards

Define and monitor customer service levels against agreed KPI's
Lead and manage the business support team

Undertake project management, budget monitoring and research on specific issues

The ideal candidate will have strong decision making abilities and will be able to confidently use persuasion, influencing or negotiating techniques to influence others. This role will require someone who can effectively cope with conflicting and complex demands. Experience on managing a large team and improving complex business processes are key.

Hours of work are 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.

This role will be for 2 months initially.
