Job Description

We are looking for a part-time, self-employed administrator who will be directly responsible for the smooth running and success of web projects, by communicating effectively between the account manager, client and freelancers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside and providing administrative support to the account manager,
  • Responding to client work requests,
  • Logging and delegating work requests,
  • Reviewing work & ensuring standards are met.

Applicant should have:

  • Excellent email and phone manner with personable nature,
  • High energy level and strong commitment to driving results with a can-do attitude,
  • Great organisational skills with attention to detail,
  • Familiarity with web terminology,
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects.

Desired but not essential for the right candidate:

  • Familiarity with Wordpress CMS,
  • Website management experience,
  • An understanding of web project processes,
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.

The ideal candidate

Personable, good communication skills, highly organised, can operate under own initiative, has a can do attitude, detail oriented and excellent personal time management skills.

Desirably, but not necessarily, from a digital or agency background, you will help to ensure projects run smoothly. You'll have excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable and positive manner ideal for interacting with clients and freelancers alike, ensuring everyone is happy and that projects progress as planned. You will also have excellent attention to detail and be capable of producing useful insight that helps us to grow the business and continuously improve.

To be considered for this exciting role you will need to demonstrate some or all of the key attributes above in return for an excellent and flexible role.

Role: Project/Office Administrator
Hours: The role will initially be two hours a day, Monday to Friday, with the potential for this to increase depending on demand.
Location: Remote with regular meetings in Reading
Salary: £17 / hr
Job Type: Part-time self-employed with the potential for the role to become full-time employed.
