Team Leader (French Speaking)
Roc Search is currently recruiting for a Team Leader (French Speaking) to work for a publishing giant in there new Belfast city centre office on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will manage a team of French speaking customer service executives dealing with inbound queries via telephone, email and chat.
- Adhering to client SLA's and ensuring KPI compliance
- Floor management
- MIS reporting and compliance management
- Monitoring, managing and reporting on attrition and absenteeism
- Handling escalated calls and ensuring customer service excellence
- Motivating, leading and developing team members to drive customer satisfaction
- Monitor, coach and provide feedback to team
- Ensuring data security
Key requirements needed
- Excellent English and French communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service industry
- Experience in a contact centre environment
- Previous experience in leading/managing a team
- Shift patterns Monday - Saturday between 8am - 8pm (Successful candidate will be fully flexible for changing shift timings to meet the demands of the role)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: 21k-25k per annum
