Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role-
This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role is a long term career opportunity and will consist of-
* Working alongside an experienced Recruitment Consultant in order to understand the profiles, CV's and experience your clients are looking for
* Compiling job specifications in order to attract top quality Apprentices on behalf of you clients
* Maintaining and developing existing client relationships whilst sourcing, approaching and winning new business through a verity of telephone sales techniques
* Managing your candidates applications and guiding them through the application process to secure opportunities
* Developing an online presence in order to effectively engage with your expanding client and candidate network

This is not a typical Recruitment Agency role, you will be working for a leading Apprenticeship & Education provider who specialise in placing Apprentices into the workplace.
Office base: Watford
Full time & permanent.

Salary & Benefits:
* GBP20k - GBP30k basic salary (DOE)
* An uncapped commission structure paying an average of GBP10k-GBP15k /annum
* 25 days leave + bank holidays
* Weekly. Quarterly & Annual Incentives

The Ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant Candidate
Recruitment is a fast passed, target orientated and competitive industry and working as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant requires-
* Strong communication skills
* A confident and outgoing personality
* A Graduate
* Previous telephone based experience working towards targets or KPI's(preferred but not essential)
* A good work ethic and an ability to "go the extra mile"
* Excellent communication skills, an ability to engaging with people within a professional environment
* Previous sales experience (preferred but not required)
