Team Support are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Agent based in Feltham.
You will be responsible for providing an enhanced level of customer services and operational support.
As a Customer Services Agent you will be dealing with shipment specific and other service related issues.
Main responsibilities:
To monitor all inbound and outbound shipments on a daily basis to ensure that shipments are delivered within agreed time frames. You will be also required to advise customers on a daily basis of any services related issues such as customs delays, flight delays, adverse weather etc. Booking shipments will be one of your main responsibilities; orders will be taken over the phone or by e-mail and these can come from external customers or from another branch/.agent /location. Working closely with other departments within the organisation will be a daily requirement and therefore strong interpersonal skills be required.
Track Record:
Previous experience in a Customer Services environment is essential
Proven ability to adapt and deal with enquirers & day issues
Ability to liaise with other departments, demonstrating good communication skills both internally and externally
Strong Professional telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Excel and Word PC/System literate
Excellent interpersonal skills, eye for detail, accuracy for copying data
Polite, friendly manner with excellent communication skills
Energetic and proactive team player, able to think on their feet
Confident with dealing with people and speaking to clients at all levels
The shift is Monday- Friday 9:00-18:00.
