We're on the hunt for a Brand and Social Sales Manager to help our clients craft some of the most enticing and exciting recruitment propositions for mothers in the UK. Our recruitment website for family friendly companies focuses on working with a stellar client list of UK firms which have employment policies that really work for parents. Think, flexible working, enhanced maternity leave and the ability to never miss a sports day. Some of our favourite clients so far - Elizabeth Arden, Google, Tesco, PwC and BareMinerals.
What you will do
You'll lead our work with clients on Mumsnet Jobs - our exciting recruitment website designed for family friendly employers
Design compelling ways that companies can inspire our audience to apply for new jobs - whether it is compelling editorial or a catchy social media campaign, you'll be on top of it all. Actively providing ideas on how our clients should find new employees.
- Not being afraid to sell. We want you to consistently hit sales targets and build contacts with new clients.
Dealing with the day-to-day running of a digital recruitment site, contributing to our social media strategy and managing projects with our clients
- Being creative and commercial. How do we make Mumsnet Jobs into the best recruitment site for women in the UK.
What you must have
Digital experience - working on websites or apps and being familiar with digital advertising models
Some kind of sales experience but we're open to ideas on what that looks like - perhaps you have run your own business or worked in fashion. We're fans of transferable skills.
Confidence with social media and new technology - you'll be a quick learner
Bags of enthusiasm about dealing with people, first class presentation skills and an 'I love my job and I want to kick ass' attitude.
An extremely high standard of written and verbal communication (this will be access at interview)
It’d be nice if you had
Some experience managing people
An interest in writing. Blogs or short stories - we're not fussy.
Digital marketing experience
Some ability on photoshop
