My client is a small financial institution based in the Heart of Mayfair really close to the buzzing West End area. The client is looking for a PA/Administrative support to cover a maternity position.

* The role is to support two partners and the Managing Director managing complex diaries and global travel. Arrangements would include booking flights, cars and hotels.
* Arranging conference calls with participants from varying countries, with multiple time differences
* Managing relationships with portfolio and investor requirements as well as processing of expenses using Excel
* The role would also include front of house cover, answering all incoming calls and gate-keeping as necessary
* The role would also require the person to support the team with Office Manager duties, liaising with suppliers and supporting the CFO with general adhoc administrative support

The attributes of the person would be:

* Highly efficient, organised, able to multi-task and deal with pressured situations that arise. dealing with the demands of the two Partners and the MD.
* The candidate will be required to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Proficient with Microsoft Office mainly Outlook, Word and Excel.
* A team player, reliable and proactive and flexible
