Business Analyst - Global Financial Services Firm - GBP40K-GBP45K plus bonus & benefits - London & Surrey

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand and prestigious firm based in London working on a variety of transformation programmes for the UK and EMEA region.

You will work directly with the Head of Change to support the delivery of change to the business by leading or participating in product activities that enable assessment of business need, capture requirements, design appropriate solutions and deliver those solutions.

You will be accountable for working with local countries and project teams to execute the delivery and implementation of programmes within the team. The role will lead education of local teams concerning process and project activities, drive quality program planning and best practices, take part in executing key activities within the project plan, and share knowledge from other countries involved in implementation. The BA will ensure that implementation is consistent with global/regional delivery models, standards and governance processes.

The main purpose of the role is to act as interface and point of liaison between the central change teams and the local business teams and the IT team in order to undertake analysis into designated areas from a business solution, IT system or process perspective to identify problems, challenges or opportunities.


  • Coordinates with the project Committee to develop and deploy a regional delivery model to support our platform, integrated with our advice and solutions.
  • Operationalizes best practices, processes, and standards defined by Global Governance.
  • Quantifies and communicates local needs so they can be integrated into platform.
  • Responsible for working with country project team as well as global team to ensure priorities are consistently deployed and measured within country.
  • Accountable for leveraging program framework, resource management tools and processes, and supporting local teams in using them.
  • Develops and delivers required training to support the deployment of approved processes and operational best practices.
  • Accountable for working with local teams to deliver regional/global project.

Education & Certification

  • University degree education or equivalent work experience
  • Qualifications or experience in project management and/or Six Sigma desirable.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations and/or Quality related roles with proven, significant professional growth
