The Department is looking for someone with who has a strong vision and the appetite to deliver lasting, impactful change.


As Deputy Director of Transformation, you will play a key role in helping us deliver this ambition. Working with senior colleagues and stakeholders across the department and in our partner organisations you will be a key catalyst for ensuring the transformation strategy and objectives are met and that real tangible change is delivered.


We are seeking an inspiring leader with a strong strategic vision to play a key programme leadership role in our 3-year transformation programme. Delivering through others, you will be a catalyst for ensuring the transformation strategy and objectives are met and real tangible change is delivered.


Candidates will also need to demonstrate their capability and potential against the following criteria:

· Excellent project and programme management skills, with a successful track record of complex project delivery.

· Experience of building strong and effective collaborative partnerships with a range of stakeholders, to contribute to successful delivery of projects or programmes.

· Outstanding communication skills, with evidence of using them to proactively engage others in a compelling project/programme strategy.

· Evidence of strategic thinking and maintaining a view of the big picture, whilst ensuring quality of delivery at a detailed level
