This is your chance to play a pivotal role in delivering our Campaign. As Senior Donor Relations Manager you will inspire and manage a high performing team responsible for the delivery of sector leading donor experiences, enabling the Strategic Philanthropy team and the wider Development office to grow income with a focus on gifts at the six, seven and eight figure level.
An inspiring people manager, you will have demonstrable experience of developing and supporting others’ career development. With experience of having executed a strategy that builds and deepens external customer and internal stakeholder relationships in a complex organisation. You will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with an innovative and opportunistic mind-set.
