The Role

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are assisting a globally recognised FTSE100 business to recruit an FP&A Analyst within their International Finance Team to be based at their Group Head Office in Surrey.

The Financial Planning and Analysis team are responsible for the Group budgets, forecasts and plans, supporting Investor Relations and providing analysis to stakeholders around the business.

As the FP&A Analyst you will work closely with the Head of FP&A and FP&A manager to deliver the teams objectives.
  • Provide support to FPA Manager Forecast, plans, budget process for 50 countries
  • Supporting Investor Relations especially ahead of HY and FY presentations.
  • Preparation of organic growth report
  • Manage the Group AIC (Acquisitions & Investment Committee) database
  • Data quality
  • Post contract review
  • Developing the database with IT to increase automation
  • Ad hoc financial projects

Your Profile

The successful individual should be qualified or finalist level (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and hold experience ideally within an international business.

The successful FP&A Analyst will have a proven track record of high level analytical and commercial skills.

You should have strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships to influence and inspire at all levels. It is crucial you are professional, approachable, with a positive can-do attitude but also able to push back where required.

The role of FP&A Analyst will be based within the Group Head Office of this globally recognised FTSE100 business in Surrey working within the international finance team.

Salary & Benefits

The role is paying GBP50k - GBP55k + Car Allowance, Bonus & Additional Benefits. There is ample parking on site.
