The Contracts Administration Manager will report in to the HR & Operations Manager and Operations Director and be responsible for a number of administrative and management tasks within the Operations Team of a thriving and successful recruitment company.

The ideal candidate should have experience working within the sales industry (preferably recruitment) and has excellent attention to detail. Previous experience of dealing with the demands of Contract Recruitment would be essential but not necessarily within IT Recruitment. The successful candidate must be commercially aware, extremely organised and understand the importance of ensuring all work is accurate

The recruitment industry is extremely fast paced and very busy, therefore the successful candidate must be able to effectively multi-task and understand the importance of prioritizing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking responsibility for managing all Contractor's working through Henderson Scott, and holding regular meetings with the Sales team to ensure an efficient process

- Managing compliance and on-boarding for all contractors (Including obtaining references, Right to work documents, Limited company information) and managing ad hoc client requests regarding screening

- Raising and managing contract extensions using CRM Systems

- Running and managing the administration and management of Weekly & Monthly Contractor payroll

- Responsibility for compliance including but not limited to AWR, IR35 and Opt Out Regulations

- Understanding Visa requirements and carrying out regular audits of documentation

- Assisting the Operations Manager with BAU office management tasks

- Ad hoc administration duties where required

Key Skills:

- Previous administration experience in a senior position is essential

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to proactively manage the contractor function and all surrounding processes

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience and knowledge of the recruitment industry (particularly the contractor aspect)

- Experience of running a payroll function would be desirable
