Operating out of their office in Chorley and following significant growth, my client has a truly exceptional opportunity for a talented Sales Recruitment Consultant to join their strong, experienced and well-established team who typically place professionals in roles up to the GBP110k salary mark.

The successful candidate will be a polished, high calibre, recruitment professional who is hungry for a new career challenge within a forward thinking company with big plans for the future.

You will be responsible for both developing business as well as sourcing potential candidates and managing the offer process right from interview to offer. You will maintain and wherever possible exceed our high levels of service.

You will possess:-

- A strong sales background (B2B, B2C, Recruitment) perhaps with a corporate finance house and/or you will be a highly experienced consultant already operating in the finance recruitment sector

- A strong academic background

- You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of winning new business and billing and have a solid career history

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- You must be highly motivated and ambitious operator who thrives in an autonomous working environment
