The Care Home Manager is an exciting and pivotal role within the senior management team of Gracewell Healthcare and the Care Home Manager will have direct responsibility for the overall management and success of Gracewell of Maids Moreton, a home currently rated as outstanding.

The Care Home Manager will deliver the highest quality care to 58 residents maintaining the operational excellence that has been achieved previously. Performance will be measured using key performance indicators that cover financial, customer and team engagement and through regulatory CQC Compliance. The Care Home Manager will also be responsible for managing sales revenue by providing strong leadership ensuring the delivery of revenue streams through execution of the Gracewell proven sales methodology for generating occupancy levels, rate and inventory management.

* Management experience with Profit + Loss accountability.
* Strong Leadership skills in managing large teams of people
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Good communication skills
